Shipping
"Preorder" items are not in stock. Due to the large amount of models, we aren't able to stock everything. These are custom ordered from our Europe team and shipped directly to you. Orders roughly take 6-8 weeks time frame (Carbon and textured finish are 12-14 weeks eta)(due to manufacturing process) and tracking number will be provided once it's despatched from Europe. Some items may become available sooner if they are in stock with our Europe team.
"In-Stock" items are shipped within 1-2 business days time frame. Shipping timeframe is approximately 1-3 business days for eastern states. All tracking numbers will be provided.
Returns
"Preorder" items we do not accept any returns or refunds for. These are custom orders placed on your behalf and not items we would normally stock. Please ensure you select the items carefully.
"In-Stock" items we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you make your selection carefully. We allow our customers to return within 5 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the fitment and quality for it's intended model (we do no allow trial fitting on other models). The item must still in in their original packaging (20% restock fee applies). All approved items must be returned unopened and unused. Correct packaging must be used when sending the item back. Maxton Design Australia will not refund any items that have been damaged during transit on their return. Once the item is returned back and satisfactory condition, we will refund the cost of the item minus 20% restock fee and not any shipping costs.
