Maxton Design Carbon Division products are created with PrePreg Carbon Fiber, a technique favored by F1 and Supercar manufacturers for its unrivalled quality and low weight. Our products are hand layered and crafted with 245g twill, layered in a 90°degree 2/2 weave.
Once layered, the parts are cured at high pressure and undergo a rigorous production process to guarantee the highest quality and eliminate impurities. This gives a flawless combination of strength and aesthetics.
The incredible low weight of these handcrafted marvels also ensures maximum performance is retained.

Carbon fiber materials are characterized by high durability and low weight. Carbon is very often utilized in motorsport, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various types of spoilers, diffusers, splitters and flaps are often made of carbon.
In our Carbon Division - a production branch specialized carbon processing - the elements we offer are manufactured. These include the Spoiler Wing for the BMW M4 G82 / G82 Facelift / M440i / 4 M-Pack G22 / G22 Facelift. The rear spoiler is an element of the front aerodynamics of the vehicle, which covers the rear part of the vehicle - the trunk lid.
The Wing spoiler influences the air flow through the car body, structures the flow in the rear part of the vehicle, and visually enhances and emphasizes the sporty character. The rear spoiler is equipped with a mounting kit with handles. The handles are made of aluminum and painted black. The installation of the spoiler requires drilling through the tailgate.
The rear spoiler was made in Poland. It was made by thermo-pressure treatment. Carbon fiber is cured at high temperature and high pressure. An autoclave is used for this. This is the most modern method of carbon production, guaranteeing an excellent effect - both in terms of strength and visual properties.
We ship carbon products properly secured - in addition to regular foil that protects the component from scratches, we also use a large amount of bubble wrap and a protective mat that secure the product from impacts and vibrations during transport.
